Incoming Quality Control
All raw materials undergo full inspection upon arrival. We test fabric color fastness, tensile strength, filling cotton density, accessory durability, and environmental compliance to ensure only qualified materials enter production.
In-Process Quality Control
During production, our QC team conducts inspections every 2 hours on the production line. We check key processes including sewing, stuffing, and embroidery to catch issues early and ensure consistency.
Final Quality Control
Every finished product undergoes 100% full inspection after production. Our QC team checks appearance, dimensions, stitching strength, stuffing fullness, accessory safety, and overall workmanship.
Outgoing Quality Control
Before packaging and shipment, we conduct AQL standard random sampling to verify product quantity, packaging method, labeling accuracy, and overall quality. Only approved lots leave our factory.

All products comply with international toy safety standards and pass third-party testing upon request. We welcome client QC representatives and third-party inspections at any stage of production.
